We are supporting a group of young leaders, offering them leadership coaching for one year, free of charge.
The primary aim of LetsTalkLeadership is to provide a platform for leaders to share their conversations, ideas and experience in service of young leaders who are starting out on their leadership careers.
LetsTalkLeadership is committed to young leaders and we are providing them with coaching and mentoring as part of our commitment to help them deal with the challenges that they face. On this page we will be posting information about the young leaders on the programme, a little about the work that they do, and some of their key leadership challenges that they face - things that they have identified they need to work on with their coaches. LTL will be following their progress over the next 12 months and the young leaders will be posting short film clips telling everyone how they are developing and what they are learning about leadership.
LTL is indebted to our coaching network for helping us get this underway. All of the highly experienced coaches are giving their time and expertise free of any charge. This is a wonderful commitment.
